Social media icons after primary menu

Hi, I want to add 3 social media icons to look as they were menu items, after the last item of the main nav, “Donar” (see https://imgur.com/a/Y7Hq9s3 for reference).

I have a hook block element for the Entire site, using the hook after_primary_menu but it doesn’t seem to work.

The hook block element comprise of:

- Flex row container
-- Button set as link
-- Button set as link
-- Button set as link

How can I make this work?
Would it be possible to add the same button to the Sticky menu and Off Canvas menu o do I need to create a hook block element for each one?
