Is there a way to stack the grid on desktop? I want to use a grid so I can control the container order on mobile. Maybe there is a better way to do this?

Hi there,
select each of the column Container Blocks and set their Width to 100%
Alternative to using a Grid.
Add a Container block and set its Layout > Display to Flex, and Flex Direction to Column.
Then add your containers inside, and you can use the Layout > Flex Child -> Order to re-arrange them -
