Hi,
I wanted to ask why the ticker is not showing. I created a hook and showed it before the header; the ticker was not showing, but in the preview it is showing.

Do you mean this?

Try disable your cache/performance plugins.

But we are using LiteSpeed to help us also in regard of pagespeed, if I continue to disable it our website page would be very low.

Hi there,
You should be able to simply purge the cache while leaving the caching plugin activated.

Hi Alvind,
I did all kinds of purging from CDN, css/js, but still it shows on the footer. It created a new <div> after footer but without classes so I can’t hide the display of the unusual thing happening after footer.

Hi,
I have solved this issue, I exclude the js of the ticker from the caching plugin we are using. Hooray!
But still the big space after the footer area is my concern now.

Do you still need help with that? If so, can you re-attach your site link?
Let me know ๐

Hi Ying,
Yes, I still need help with that, since I don’t know where it came from. I have checked the footer element, and there are no spaces in the bottom set.
-
I don’t see the space you described:
