Sorry, but I don’t quite understand the issue you have here.
The Query Loop block will display data based on the parameters you’ve set in the Block settings. When there’s an update to the ACF data, it will automatically fetch the updated data if your query includes that particular updated data.
There is no need to recreate a new Query loop for that.
