Woo Composite Products – options quantity not working

  • Hi,

We’re working on a site with composite product options, but the quantity buttons are not working. (You have to use the arrow keys or manually add a number).

The main add-to-cart buttons are working as expected.

I can disable the block style +/- buttons and we get the default input type=”number” back, but it is ugly and the client doesn’t love it.

Have you got any advice on getting them working? (The block buttons test better on desktop & mobile as the intent seems to be clearer to the user).

    Thanks
    L

  • Hi there,

Can you show me a screenshot of the button? I don’t seem to see the issue, tried enter numbers it seems to be working fine.

    Let me know 🙂

  • Hi Ying,

The buttons for the composite product options are not clickable.

If you choose the Windblocker option, you will be able to type in a number but the mouse will not let you use the +/- buttons on each side of the quantity.

It’s the buttons that are the issue – not the number field.

    Thanks 🙂

  • Hi there,

unfortunately theres nothing we can do here, we never found an easy way around the problem with composite products injecting qty fields after the page load, see Toms original reply here:
