I’m looking into creating a WC store withing the GP theme.
I would like to create the pages using GB query block and other GB blocks (accordion, tabs, etc…)
What would be the best way to tackle this?
Is this doc still relevant – https://docs.generatepress.com/article/woocommerce-overview/ or using GB blocks and query loop will override this?Thanks!

Hi there,
The customizer options are for the PHP templates, if you are going to use blocks, then the settings are in the block.
You should be able to use query loop blocks to pull products on static pages.

Is there a guide to building the woocommerce pages (product, cart, checkout etc…) with elements and GB? -
No, there isn’t.
Loop template and content template do not work on Woocommerce pages, those elements only work on GP’s template, which means you can not re-create the woo pages with GB, it has to be on static pages.
There’s an example in the Kicks template’s homepage, you can take a look or import it to have a look at the backend to know how the query loop is set up:
