Woocommerce product loops

Hi there,
I run a website to sell computer parts.
Most of the computer parts become end-of-life in 2-3 years.
Which means I have tons of old product on my store (3,500)

I want to keep them in store to get more visitors from google.
I created custom stock status called, EOL and I also make them hidden.
So, they are not shown in categories or search results.

But, As far as I see regular woocommerce product queries still query them from database then decide not to show them.
Thus my attribute widgets and products shown in 4-5 seconds.
Is there anyway to make product loop queries faster?
