Hi,
I cannot get the left sidebar to show on the woocommerce shop page. I had added the woocommerce module, gone into the customizer > layout > woocommerce > shop > sidebar, content. Set the sidebar in the widgets page. Not sure what else I should try.

As you are using page builder for the shop page, GP does not have control over the layout anymore, unfortunately.
Please check the page builder’s settings to see if there’s a sidebar option.

Sorry, what do you mean by page builder? This particular page is managed within WP.

I mean Elementor. Are you using Elementor to build the shop page?

I am not. It is being used for other pages but not this particular page.

I tried disabling in elementor and it removed the entire product archive from the page but I still didn’t see the sidebar.

Hi there,
You may need to check your Sidebar settings under Customize > Layout > Sidebars and make sure it’s enabled.
However, if you’re using Elementor to build the page, then these settings won’t apply. In that case, you will need to build a custom sidebar using Elementor as well.

I disabled the product archive in elementor and added a product list to the page. Added a left sidebar and layout for that particular page but it’s still not showing.
