Hi there!
I have a current license key through October but my license key says it’s invalid when I try to add it back in (somehow it was removed).
Thanks!

Hi there,
When you enter the license key, is there a specific error showing?
Can you take a screenshot of the invalid msg? you can upload the screenshot to https://postimages.org/ and share the link with us.
Let me know 🙂

can you confirm that the license key is for GenerateBlocks pro plugin?
Just so you know, GP Premium and GenerateBlocks plugins are two separate plugins, they don’t share the same license key.
If you do have GB PRO license key, please also add GB’s support key to your profile on this forum.
Let me know!

Gah OK I see now. I have premium which is updating but then I also have GP Pro installed. Can I just deactivate Pro or do I need all three?

There isn’t a GP Pro plugin, do you mean GP Premium of GB Pro (GenerateBlocks Pro)?

Hello. I have add a new URL (skandservice.es) to my license but when I insert the license key number in this new one nothing happens.

Can you confirm which plugin is the license key for?
I saw both GP Premium and GB Pro, is it for GB Pro?
Can you provide an admin login for us to check the backend and try testing the license key?
Let me know 🙂

My license is for GP Premium. However in my other site I have access to Generate Block as well.
Today I tried again and still no success.
My WordPress user is

The only plugin installed is GP Premium

I used this method and solve the issue: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/license-key-activation-issues/#license-key-not-saving
