Author box information not displaying

  • It appears to be conflicting with the Post content element. If you disable that element, the author box will show up.

  • I have used the following Post content template in the post

    https://imgur.com/E6VOWlZ

The author box is supposed to show after the content, as you can see in the author box settings, which I have sent in my earlier message

  • I need to use both the post content template and the author box for my posts

    So what do I do?

  • I changed the hook name for the author box to after_main_content and it is now displaying with the post content template

  • Hi there,

thats correct, when you create a Block Element – Content Template you overwrite the themes content template. And that includes the hooks inside that template.

You can either use the after_main_content hook as you have done.
Or include the Author Box within the Content Template.
