Block label field is gone

Hi, the Block Label field is missing from a site I’m working on. I have done all of these:
— disabled server caching
— cleared cookies for that site and the local cache
— disabled all plugins except GB and GB Pro
— activated the Twenty Twenty Four theme

and the Block Label field is just missing.

Wordpress version: 6.4.3
GenerateBlocks version: 1.9.0
GB Pro version: 1.6.0 (on the dev site, I’ve also tried 1.7.0 on the live site)

I saw another post saying the Block Label was missing from their site but support wrote that disabling plugins fixed it; I’ve disabled every plugin that’s not GenerateBlock and done a clear-cache-and-refresh and it’s still not there.
