Can’t Activate any Modules or Licence Key

    Hi there

    Odd issue – I’m about to redesign a client’s site on my development server. It had the Astra theme with Elementor.

    I’ve cloned the site and for the first time ever, I have issues with the GP Premium plugin:

    1.) I can’t save the licence key – when I add it, the “Not receiving premium updates.” remains
    – if I reload the page, the key has gone

    2.) None of the modules will activate.

    I’ve deactivated all other plugins – no change
    I’ve re-downloaded the GP Premium plugin and reinstalled it – no change

    Any ideas on what’s amiss?

    Glad to hear.

    It’s an issue we are aware of but haven’t been able to produce the exact steps to replicate it so it’s very difficult to find a fix unfortunately.
